Approved Roofing Material
Bristol View home owners whose roofing material needs to be replaced are required to use the standard roofing material
which is identical to the roofing material used by the builder. All 3 Phases of the community use the same roofing shingles.
The standard roofing shingle is:
- CertainTeed Landmark in Weathered Wood color (30 year warranty)
